One of the worst Tim Hortons i ever attended. The lady with glasses, short in height at the counter on Saturday 1/27 Evening was disinterested and unwelcoming. Either she was tired (which usually happens with long shifts) or naturally inclined towards not passionate towards her job.First, no farmers wrap, next she took coffee order without proper details, next she took my additional order as if i was placing burden on her.Later when we realized she didn’t heat the savoury pastry even though the order screen reads to heat it, upon asking she pushes the blame on customers stating that if customers ask we do - how about asking the customers?When i returned back asked for sugar she handed me sweeteners stating she has to go upstairs to get them, which i feel is another miss - as a coffee national chain the basic thing you can provide is sugar.So this employee is either not interested or is a damage to Tim Horton’s brand.The management needs to seriously train her to better position well to have a good name at this location.Rarely, do i make 1 star reviews on Google but this location and that lady with glasses totally deserve it.

Normally don't do bad google reviews but 8/10 times I go here my order is always wrong. I don't know how they manage to do this. I laughed about it for the first few times but now I just hope they have better communication. 3/10 times when I go back and make them fix it its incorrect again.In the past month the last 3 times I went (3/3 times this month)- ordered a tea, came as coffee, went back and it was not tea again- ordered a bagel with two ingredients. Heard the communication, but still made it incorrectly only adding one. Had them fix it, only to realize they also added butter- ordered a breakfast sandwich and gave me a similar one, but still incorrect- mobile orders are not made when you specify the time period, they wait for you to get there even if you specify (in 5 mins), even if its not busy.Really hoping this improves because I am wasting my time coming here- also please fix the application as there are items that can be ordered from the store but when you get there they say they cant make it

Had mixed experience here. This place is inside the Rabba Fine foods. Petro Canada is right outside this, so in case you wanna fill tank, you can fetch hot coffee quickly.The service was good. Employee do greet every time and provide the drinks and food as per the order. Only one time I got cold backed products otherwise they do ask me if they want me to heat it.Normally, it's not crowded but when it does it becomes really congested as it's inside this store and not much room for separate line.Vegetarian options: Several backed goods for vegetarians.Parking: Less no. of parking spots

I visit this location once in a while on the way to my job. A girl with glasses served me today and yesterday in afternoon. I am very disappointed with the attitude and food she delivered. She was not bothered to reply when I greeted her. I did not want to say anything negative, but I felt like she just thrown away food on my face. It took a while to eat extra fried Hash Brown and Tea tasted like water. However, food served by young turban man on same location was well cooked who made my visit worth.

I’d love to give a higher rating as there are a few staff members that do a great job, specifically the younger skinny man (I don’t know the names of the staff, sorry) but there are others there that honestly couldn’t be bothered to even be there. Anytime I go in and there is the girl with the glasses working, she never makes drinks consistently and rushes through the process as fast as possible to go back to the back room. The only thing she does consistently is have a bad attitude and stay in the back room till you have to call her for assistance. I don’t like to make negative reviews on google, but considering I go to this location almost every day and have the same issues with some staff, I felt necessary to make a post. Like the large ice Capp I got today wasn’t even filled up all the way.
