Had mixed experience here. This place is inside the Rabba Fine foods. Petro Canada is right outside this, so in case you wanna fill tank, you can fetch hot coffee quickly.The service was good. Employee do greet every time and provide the drinks and food as per the order. Only one time I got cold backed products otherwise they do ask me if they want me to heat it.Normally, it's not crowded but when it does it becomes really congested as it's inside this store and not much room...read full review

I’d love to give a higher rating as there are a few staff members that do a great job, specifically the younger skinny man (I don’t know the names of the staff, sorry) but there are others there that honestly couldn’t be bothered to even be there. Anytime I go in and there is the girl with the glasses working, she never makes drinks consistently and rushes through the process as fast as possible to go back to the back room. This place is a hit or miss. I try yo go before work and sometimes they are open and sometimes they are not or if they are open there is no food available. I noticed last week I think the manager or owner came in early and all employees were on deck and all food was ready, plus 2 employees at the counter now the following week it's back to the previous laziness, I see employees coming in whenever.
