Great location with good customer service. But, the coffee was not hot enough. Not just once, it always happens to me here. Tried Dark roast and Latte, they had very less temperature than other locations, can sip half the coffee within 2 mins. I was once a barista, so I know the difference. Maybe you should service your your coffee machines. Cant keep drinking cold lattes in the name of Hot coffee.
Fast and efficient, I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my order. Customer service is as you would expect from a very busy timmies. Although the one blonde lady( maybe the manager) is super friendly. Sometimes they don't toast your bagel so don't expect it without asking.
