It was a bigger Tim Hortons set up where you go make your order at a machine get a number and you are called up to pick your order. They are catching on gradually. Staff were polite and the food (meaning the blueberry muffins and hot chocolates and occasionally the plain Timbits I always order) awesome as usual.
Great customer service. Friendly atmosphere. Usually go everyday in afternoon close to my work. All crew members are so good. There is a crew member name sabneet very friendly and detailed knowledge of order as well as quick. Great job guys. Thank

Ordered two ice caps through the drive-thru, only to discover upon arrival that they were disappointingly half-filled with bubbles. To add to the disappointment, upon entering the store, I realized I wasn't the sole recipient of this subpar service, with others also experiencing the same issue, all while the staff seemed aware of the malfunctioning machine.
