My experience, just like everyone else here, was that of disappointment. I placed an order through their drive-thru, and they got my order totally wrong. I told them that my order wasn’t right and they, instead of apologizing and replacing my order, showed me attitude for no good reason. Worst customer service.
I had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons recently. The service was incredibly slow, and my order was incorrect. The staff seemed disorganized, and the overall atmosphere was quite chaotic. It's unfortunate when a visit to a familiar place leaves you frustrated and unsatisfied.

Very bad experience. It spoiled my morning. The staff just look on their timings rather than paying attention to the customer’s order. They are serving cold today. Today I got London fog and the milk was not steamed. It was chilled . After that i went to replace the drink. Again they disappoint me with the SERVICE and they didn’t put the vanilla syrup in the drink.(Not Recommended )
