I ordered this croissant and it looked like this all burned I went to drivetru and told and employee named Kiran can you please change this for me I can’t eat this she said this is a busy time I can’t change for you and told me leave I didn’t like the attitude the way she said all I asked to change the croissant for me I was not feeling good as well so I just left
Yesterday I bought a bagel and I found out my bagel was burnt I went back to Tim Hortons and told the employe at the counter that the bagel was burnt she response to me and said that's how you order and I won't change it for you if you need a new bagel you have to buy another one I did not really want to argue so I just left the employe at the counter her name was kiran. And I will never like to visit this Tim Hortons again

I would give this place 0 stars for service. They are slow 24/7 and by the time I get the food or drink, it's cold. The workers are rude and have no respect for peoples schedules. They talk to each other more than they work. They have no respect when they finally take your order like they were waiting for 10 minutes.
