Came in to pick up a coffee for someone. When I looked on the floor, I saw all of the mayonnaise and chipotle sauce in bags just sitting on the dirty floor. I can only imagine that they use the same gloves to pick up these dirty bags when they make your food. So glad I don’t eat here.
Feb 25 2024 around 10am . Came in to ordered one tea and two coffees. Order placed right away . Cashier started my order when suddenly the lady drive thru person told him to make sandwiches and coffee for the drive thru . I was completely forgotten about for almost 10 minutes. I walked out never to return. I’ve been loyal everyday for a long while. But the service is gone the friendly atmosphere is gone and now I am too . I went through the dreaded drive thru, and once again, I had an issue with my food. Firstly, they run the English muffin thru the toaster so fast that it doesn't even toast. Even asking for double toasting doesn't change it much. I guess they don't realize that English muffins take much longer than bread to toast.
