Unable to redeem my points because the cashier screwed up what she put on her computer is one issue, but caling her manager and they spoke to each other on their language in front of me, while giving me a stare is another thing. I left as I don't trust them to make my food anymore. That should be part of Tim's training to their staffs, if they are in front of their customer, they should be speaking the language where everybody can understand.
