I believe the taste of food has gone down since the previous years. Too much chilli being used instead of the blending of the spices. Even dosa tasted okay not remarkable or authentic. Bisibele bath eas not remarkable at all. Pav bhaji was very spicy. Not impressed. Will not be visiting for a long while.
Udupi Madras Cafe is a good South Indian restaurant, catering a variety of dishes like Dosey, idli-vadey, bajji, poori, channa-batoora, pav-bhaji and many other South Indian dishes. Filter coffee is good, with a nostalgic feel (when compared to Canadian coffees) and I liked it. Quite a busy place but not too much waiting. Well maintained and managed restaurant, with courteous staff. Both takeaway and table service are available here. Have been here twice, and had a good experience.

The food was nice and fresh. Loved the dosas and the faluda ice cream! The restaurant was busy and the waitress was attentive. The bathroom was a little dirty for my liking but otherwise good.
