Order one coffee triple triple and a steep tea 3 cream 2 sugar. After waiting for a long queue for about 20 mins drive thru around 11 pm.The steep tea was cold and no sugar, came to know as soon as we left the window as it was cold. Went to the door to complain and it was locked. Had to walk through the drive thru and complained about the steep tea. Got it replaced. I just moved to the Nepean region after some time in the GTA and was appalled by this Tim Horton's.The employees seemed to be very busy with themselves charting along while clients were waiting in queue. I took some twists and did not even get the option to have them heated.The employees really seem to have other priorities than serving the client there.Worst Tim Hortons experience ever!
