We normally order from another Willy's location but we're visiting family and this was the closest store. My wife and I ordered our usual and it was very disappointing compared to our normal restaurant. Sauce and crust tasted good but next to no toppings and they were cut so small you could barely find them.. Staff was friendly and pizza was ready when it was supposed to be so the service was gokd.I figured the same franchise would make pizzas the same way but atleast we know for next time.

Since last year I’ve heard of Willy’s pizza, I happened to come get my lashes done and Willy’s pizza was right next to it. I was starving so I say let me go in and get something light. I ordered the club sandwich with no fries. After 10min he said my order was ready. Looking at the box I’m thinking wow this must be a big sandwich ? I opened it to my surprise to see a side of hot fries, gravy and a beautiful squared club sandwich. I was like aww idk if it’s because I looked like I was starving ? but that was so thoughtful. I took a video to upload on social media but I could not find the Merivale location so I decided to write a review. Thank you so much! You now have a customer

Initially service was good, but they delivered our pizza with the wrong toppings, we called and asked for a replacement to be sent and while they did replace it, the pizza was absolutely terrible quality. Terrible to the point of having to intentionally make it that bad. So if they make a mistake, don't expect to fix it without throwing a fit.

Pizza has gone downhill at the Merivale store. It used to be great. Now it’s very average. The Willys in Kanata is so much better. Please go back to the way you used to be.
