“Always luv getting dq cakes in the summer as my family has summer birthdays. This location however very low selection compared to others by me, I only went to the Laurelwood location in Waterloo for a groupon deal I got, however I didn’t quite understand the deal in groupon so it wasn’t really a deal to me, so I wouldn’t purchase again from here anyway. Cake was still good and well decorated. Service was ok. I’m well aware how groupon works and I’ve bought many deals and this was the only deal that wasn’t worth the deal. The groupon ad doesn’t make sense how is it $20 towards a cake when I paid $14 for the deal and had to pay ex $16 at checkout ?“

I started coming here every day during work because it's so close to the waterloo dump, so we just drop our load at the dump and come to A&W afterward for coffee and food. By the second day, they treated me like a regular who's been visiting for ages! 10/10 recommend for great food and exceptional service. The peri peri buddy burgers are so good!“
