Tim Hortons offers a friendly atmosphere with a terrific staff. The coffee and steep tea are consistently great, and the breakfast wraps and sandwiches are mouth-watering. However, the espresso machine was broken at some locations, causing inconvenience for customers. Despite the busy drive-thru during rush hours, the pleasant experience and delicious food make it worth the wait.
