It was closed when I visited.... No notifications about closure or reopen. The pictures of cakes look beautiful and delicious, so I hope I can try them soon.

Seems they haven't updated their hours. They are closed - unsure if they'll be open again but mildly annoying. Probably a better idea to call before wasting time going here.

Was closed. I don't know why. Due to Covid or just closed earlier, but at least aware people through Google maps about your REAL timetable. I just wasted my time only for road.

1675 Patisserie is a French-inspired bakery and café located in North York. Everything is freshly made the day of and just tastes absolutely divine! I came by with a friend and I got a pistachio and raspberry cake (which I unfortunately cannot remember the name of) along with a hazelnut latte whereas my friend got the Capricorn cake along with a mocha latte! The cakes are delicious. From the size, I assumed it wouldn't be too filling but I was surprised at the fact that it was. They're sweet without being too sweet and even though they may be seen as a bit on the pricier side, I definitely think they're worth it due to the freshness of their ingredients along with the beautiful presentation that goes into making each one! You can tell a lot of hard work has been put into the making of these sweets. The coffees were also really tasty and I loved the hazelnut in my latte -- it was not too overpowering and it tasted just right! The service and ambience of the place are also two other great features -- the servers were kind and answered all our questions and the place itself is such a beautiful spot to relax in. I actually came here to study and read and just getting so much sunlight really motivated me so I really recommend it if you're looking for a place to wind down. The only downside people may have is finding the location of 1675 Patisserie -- it's inside the Emerald Park complex and once you know that, it makes it way easier to spot it!

Beautiful desserts, definitely recommend the mousse cakes, they are on the pricey side but worth it! I got a few to go.Raspberry cake: Intense fresh raspberry flavour, not too sweet 5 stars. Not sure why there was a dried rose on top, I didn't taste any rose flavour.Chocolate run pine tree: high quality chocolate mousse, perfect sweetness level for me, 5 starsParis Brest: nuts tasted stale and pastry cream might be a little undercooked (there was a flour taste), 2 starsPretty & convenient packaging, friendly and fast service.

The capricorn pastry was tasty and unique. The presentation details show that the owners care about my experience, like the little heart-shaped coffee cup lid plugs. Would be a 5-star if they would have had non-dairy options for coffee, so had to go with tea... should have for a high end coffee shop.

This place isn’t hard to find. Inside a small little plaza, you are immediately hit with all these bright pink, white and mute grey colours. Gorgeous interior, accompanied with the French desserts. Got to try most if not all the pastries here and they all impose very unique flavours that represent what’s portrayed on the outside.

Yup I will be back again and again! My friend and I came here on a weekday in the late afternoon. Perhaps due to the day and time, there was not a big selection of cakes remaining. After a long deliberation, I decided to go with the Mango cake! Almost all the other options were chocolate based and I was not feeling chocolate-y that day. The mango has a nice outer crunchy shell that reminds me of the 鳳仙 popsicle from Nestle Hong Kong (tropical paradise is the English name I believe). There were quite a few layers inside with different textures and fresh mango pieces. I would definitely get this one again! The cake was not very sweet but each layer was flavourful and just right. My friend got the Pomme de Pin. It has a deep and rich chocolate flavour and looks super cute as well. Can not wait to come back to try their other cakes and maybe their lattes too.

Dessert is great, I came here for Montblanc but they ran out. The owner is nice and told me I can order ahead. The cake I tried is delicious, matcha latte is okay so the dessert is better choice.

I’d pick this ?ROSE? shaped cake over flowers any day ? this gorgeous hand crafted cake takes 5-6 whole hours to make ? so only a limited amount will be made for Valentine’s; so HURRY UP and get this for yo girl ? This French dessert shop in Yonge and Sheppard area is where you can find some of the best handmade desserts. View the photos to see some of their selections that are made fresh everyday!

Me: "Why is this your go-to Asian dessert place? It's in an antiseptic mall and has a view of the street traffic right outside its window. How can you possibly enjoy this?!"

I was quite disappointment that they didn't have the fruit desserts that was featured on BlogTO. The staff says that it depends on the chef and they don't have it all the time. I opted into the Mont Blanc pastry because it was the least sweet out of all of their desserts. The staff did say that their desserts are on the sweeter side. This Mont Blanc pastry was delightful. It has mostly chest Kent cream with raspberry cheesecake. It was creamy. I highly recommend getting the Mont Blanc again.
