I love this place but am deducting a star for cold and indifferent service.She took my cash and proceeded to prepare our drinks without washing her hands. I asked her to. Politely. And there were no other people in the store so it wasn't "embarrassing" for her.She seethed as she made my 2 drinks. I was so effing ready to walk out.Their product is EXCELLENT. That needs to be said.
Horrendous service lazy and don’t want to work.Went at 830 and she said she’s closed . She was rude and rolled her eyes . If u close at 8:30 put that on google. Cuz ppl drive 30 mins through traffic to get here .Update :- was contacted by the owner and they rectified and gave me an explanation for what happened. Went back there and they were kind enough to offer me free drinks and apologized. I must say their drinks are delicious all of them were a hit even with the kids....read full review

A little expensive, but pretty good! I've heard great things about this bubble tea brand (granted, one of many) and so dropped by when I was in the area. I ordered one of their specialties, the strawberry trupioca. Overall I was quite impressed - despite being a supposed low calorie and low sugar alternative, the pearls had a delicious chewy texture and were not at all inferior to the traditional tapioca.
