I have been a frequent at Anju.... This place is one of my favourite in the city/GTA.... and I'm a Chef, myself, so I really vouch for this place. You must try the Spicy Stir Fry Squid. It is heavenly! The service is awesome. Must visit !

Went here to try their Korean raw marinated crab…. And boy was I disappointed. Overpriced for bar food/ snacks. We spent $100 on 3 items (raw crab, chilli cheese fries, Korean pancake) and 2 cans of pop. Its super dark inside and I don’t think they have AC it was quite warm. They do have onsite parking available which was nice.Upon sitting we were given warm water to drink on a hot humid day.. Service was great, they were super friendly and attentive. We ordered the raw crab half soy sauce and half spicy. It was my first time trying it and I left feeling nauseous and sick from the food. The fries were mediocre, not worth $20. Pancakes I couldn’t even finish half of it.Definitely an experimental visit and got the marinated raw crab crossed off my foodie bucket list but I will not be back.

The music is little bit too loud, however the service is pretty nice, after I ask for quiet music, the waitress change the music

Where do I even begin. Well I got sent to Toronto on a business trip and I decided to come here to have kimchi because Edith loves the smell of my nether regions after a fresh plate.I was the only wheelchair bound white woman in the bar. So many asians, it gave me a flashback to the time I had to watch that god awful Vietnam war film. Well then these two arabs walked in and sat at the bar, and the owner (who is asian) said to them "we don't allow sand people in this section. Go sit in the back". Then he came up to me and told me that he tips wheelchairs for fun, let me tell you I soiled my britches right there! The kimchi was top notch, and I had some good soju that I mixed with super viagra. That's the only reason you get an extra star.Wheelchair accessibility: He discriminates plus sized wheelchair models like myself.

This is a must-to-go place for gathering or hang-out!I love the atmosphere, the vibes. Staffs are friendly. Foods are great. IMO, the most outstanding dish is eel on a sizzling plate, it is super crunchy and delicious. It was so good that I forget to take a picture of it before digging in LOL.Highly recommend!

Very bad experience here, the shrimp tasted off and not fresh. the server even came to us and asked if the shrimp was fresh and said customers complained that day and we also said it was not fresh. she provided no resolution at all even after hearing the complaint. the crab was also too

I went specifically to try out raw marinated crab, and it was a very pleasant first experience! Not fishy at all, flavours were very nice and balanced. Ambiance was a vibe, definitely a good spot for casual drinking with friends. Portions are a little bit small, but expected for bar-styled food and dining!

Most awful experience. Me and my gf ordered pork bone soup, seafood pan cake and pickled crab.Pork bone soup tastes like pork meat powder with water, and comes with nothing except soup and three pork bones. No spicy cabbage, no potato, literally nothing else.Seafood pan cake is full of green onions that makes you feel you are eating grass with fishy smell seafood.I barely eat raw seafood. No comment with pickled crab.

????Crossposted in IGGuess who tried beef tartareeeeee? Meeeeeeeee? Although to be honest the way it was made I wouldn't have been able to tell(I don't even know what to expect? Those sauce was like hmmmmmm?? (Still couldn't handle spicy tho Those marinated raw shrimps and crabs were an experience too; like why are they so delicious? I had a bit of problem with the crabs tho, thought I was gonna crack my teeth? It was a nice place to hang out w friends, fill your belly and drink if you like; the server was friendly, helpful, and patient with us-I had many questions on what to order hhhh?) yeah definitely a nice find!Parking: Im glad I don't have to park on the side of the road, there is actually a small parking lot available.

The staff here are great and very accommodating. The food itself is quite good, however it seems to be priced a little high considering the portion sizes. Drink prices are pretty decent. The furniture isn't the most comfortable but the space overall is very cozy and enjoyable.
