Place is cozy. Food was terrible, we ordered 2- eggs Benedict, 1 tea and 1 coffee. And 1 order of banana French toast. The food was cold, tasted like it had been sitting there all morning. Mind you we came in at 8:10 am. The coffee was much more awful, don’t think I ever left coffee that full bc it was soo gross. Service could have been better, they are definitely understaffed and overpriced. Our bill came up to $70 for 2 ppl. Never expected to pay that much for an “eggsmart” I would have rather gone to aroma or cafe lawnder. The thing is I don’t mind paying that much when you’re exceeding my expectations but this was far from that. The only good thing I ate was the French toast. I left hungry and definitely won’t be returning. There are better options around.

On Saturday, January 13, 2024, around 9:00am, my wife and I had breakfast at this location. The food and service were okay, nothing special. However, I felt uncomfortable when the waitress, upon realizing I didn't tip, approached our table with a passive anger and sarcastically asked about how the service was in a passive-aggressive way. To make matters worse, she crumbled the receipt in front of us, displaying her displeasure. Tipping is a personal choice, and I didn't appreciate the awkward situation. Hoping the restaurant takes feedback for improvement.
