Not too many other places to get Chang Fen (Rice noodle rolls), since it's a breakfast food, this is one of my favourite places to go in the morning. Won't blow you away but consistently good. Congee is average.
Yin Ji Chang Feng offers great congee and rice paste rolls. The staff is friendly, and the food is amazingly good for the price, and their chili oil added great flavor to the dishes. They provide hot tea, which is a nice touch. Definitely try the braised beef rice paste and the seafood congee or pork and preserved egg congee.
