I ordered a tomato kale something soup and it was awful. It was watery and barely warm. It did not taste like any of the ingredients were fresh… not that I had high expectations coming in here but when you wait more than 15 mins for a soup and get a cup of red coloured water with some limp veggies and stale chips you’re still gonna feel pretty disappointed. This place isn’t even cheap and they lure you in with a name that makes you think it’s a healthy choice… I’d rather get a burger and feel guilty but full than this to feel disappointed and hungry.

I ordered mango tropical smoothie that tasted like banana and turmeric smoothie. There was no taste of mangoes in that. It tasted so bad.

All the staff (minus one young woman) present at this Freshii location on February 27th, 2020 at 12:45 pm need further customer service training.I purchased the Beyond Meat Chilli (I am Vegan) and did not realize that the meal came with yogurt on top. I was never informed by the CSR that there was yogurt on top of the chilli or asked if this is something I'd want included on my meal. There is no written text on the ad that clearly states that the Beyond Meat (advertised to Veg AND Vegan customers) Chilli. Anyway, I kindly let the CSR know that I do not eat dairy products. She asked is she could scoop the yogurt off the top and give it back to me. I told her a second time that I do not eat dairy products. She said okay and went to speak to her superiors (a manager I'm assuming). Without a proper explanation, I was told that I have to just accept the meal I was given because I did not mention to the CSR that I want the meal without yogurt. The manager and a second employee were extremely rude and basically told me I could not have a new bowl or a refund and that there was nothing they could do. A third employee told me I could have %50 off. The manager or whoever he was (Asian guy in a black shirt) advised the speaking to me to continuously insist that I could not have a refund or a new bowl, instead of being a leader and speaking to me himself. I found this to be extremely rude. Throughout each conversation I remained calm and did not raise my voice once. The employees did not raise their voices either, but had very bad attitudes. Instead of trying to compromise on the situation and find a solution, they were dismissive and RUDE.Finally the staff agreed to just replace the bowl. When I received the new bowl, there was no beyond meat and it was as if they just threw the bowl together and handed it to me (once again, with a bad attitude). Lol ... immature.There are tons of Freshii locations in the city and I suggest everyone visit one of THOSE locations before they spend their money at this one. This is extremely disappointing. A simple misunderstanding which could have been resolved in a matter of seconds, was drawn out and created a horrible experience for me as a customer. Save your time, energy AND money people.
