FRESHII X SHELL

I ordered a tomato kale something soup and it was awful. It was watery and barely warm. It did not taste like any of the ingredients were fresh… not that I had high expectations coming in here but when you wait more than 15 mins for a soup and get a cup of red coloured water with some limp veggies and stale chips you’re still gonna feel pretty disappointed. All the staff (minus one young woman) present at this Freshii location on February 27th, 2020 at 12:45 pm need further customer service training.I purchased the Beyond Meat Chilli (I am Vegan) and did not realize that the meal came with yogurt on top. I was never informed by the CSR that there was yogurt on top of the chilli or asked if this is something I'd want included on my meal.
