This was our family go-to place (take out and dine in) for soup dumplings, sticky rice rolls with pork floss, and green onion pancakes. The steamed bun with braised meat is also chef's kiss. Excellent value and service and "Mom" is friendly. Heard they renovating and hope they re-open soon!
My favorite place to go at 8 in the morning, prices are well priced and the soup dumplings are absolutely delicious. I love the beef wrap as well, it's definitely loaded. Quiet place but you get to see the chefs at work making the dumplings for you. Servers are always ready to help out and suggest the best tasting things all the time.
