I've tried this restaurant when they first opened. I find the noodles improved tremendously. I've ordered the F6-multigrain fish rice noodle w/seafood in special soup. The fish rice noodle tasted like regular noodles, the noodle itself didn't have the fish texture, but the thickness was good and smooth. The special broth tasted very good. I’ve always loved the decor here! I’ve been here twice and I think it’s the only ramen place at the intersection! Both times were enjoyable. Better priced than the Korean place across the street!! Waitress could be more polite.

Got the Fish noodle with braised chicken special broth with the Chinese hamburger. The hamburger bread and pork stuffing were dry -- I suspect that they use the pork meat leftovers from their broth making as the main stuffing.
