Always a great time. Food is delicious and portions are huge. It's the best deli in the city. Staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommend a visit to Pancer's.

Was here for lunch on Friday, January 19, 2024. Soo busy. Lorne pancer was in the house!Friendly, community-based deli.We had 2 pastrami sandwiches; large portion, you might want to share? Is that cinammon I taste? This is done in house.Had coleslaw and potato salad as an addition. Coleslaw is good, potato salad needs work, maybe another mayo and some seasoning? Not sure if these are done in house?There are not many delis in Toronto, this is a good one. Will be back to try other offerings.

Once you pass all the awkward canadian strip mall doors, you'll be greeted with a small narrow retro flair Deli as you would expect. Though I came in here with expectations high because of the reviews. So, my reference point coming in would be of Montreal's famous deli establishments I had visited. Overall, the corn beef and coleslaw (overpriced at +$7) was good. I barely tasted the mustard as it suppose to cut into the rich meat. The potato salad was bland. The French fries was ok. The meal was not life changing as one would of hoped from a overly hyped deli.
