I placed my order at 6:07pm and got my order at 7:12pm. Called customer service and they had no explanation for the delay, my post order email said the delivery time was 6:42pm. The food was good but the service was horrible. I going have to think if I am going order from Pizza Nova again with this level of service...

Solid tasting pizza. However, I always find that this location has issues delivering the pizza on time, even if you place an order well ahead of the intended delivery time.

Some of the staff making pizza are good but some staff just rush and thin Crust pizza is the same as regular pizza and if ask for well done its not cooked

Received a call from an employee regarding my delivery, requesting me to pick it up from downstairs (even though I tipped him). Politely asked if he could bring it upstairs, but he became upset, I gave him my door buzz code, and he said the f word to me and upon delivery upstairs, the pizza was left outside without a knock. Disappointing service experience.

Every time I attempt to order a pizza from them they always cancel my order atleast 20 minutes later. If you’re unable to serve customers through Uber eats just remove yourself from the app!
We had a flight arrive late and checked into the nearby hotel. We were starving and happy to find this place open. No other customers were there. We went in and waited several minutes before an employee came to the counter to take our order. I stated that we wanted to order the chicken Caesar sandwich and add bacon to it. The man replied that it doesn’t come with bacon. I responded that the menu board stated you could add bacon for an extra charge. He seemed to have no clue what I was talking about. I kept pointing to the board behind him and reading it line by line. Eventually he figured it out, rung up our order, then told us it would be 15 minutes. Not sure why it would take that long, with no other customers there, but it did. The sandwich was fine.

I ordered through the Uber app, Om the Uber app I have a note that states if they come up they get a $5 tip, I’ve always honoured this.Now that’s the context, when I ordered from pizza Nova at this location at had a belligerent older Asian gentleman berate me refusing to give me my pizza unless I give him five dollars. He was very incoherent and was screaming about how he wasn’t going to get the tip but I could barely put together what he was saying. I tried to explain to him that he was going to get the tip through the Uber app like I normally do for all but he wasn’t hearing it and refused to give me my pizza until he pulled it out and quickly just about threw it at me.The entire time as he’s walking away, hes screaming down the entire hallway about how he doesn’t get tips. I hope this location can employ better staff.

I had practically begged them to let me use their washroom. The guy just shoo’d me away with his hands and wouldn’t let me in to use the washroom.Thankfully the folks at Pizza Pizza a bit further down had some humanity and let me use theirs.

I ordered a cheese pizza and when I received it it was stale- not freshly made and I found random toppings attached to some slices. I believe that the pizza I received was someone else's order and the cooks were lazy and peeled off the old topping to serve as a "new" cheese pizza. I am highly upset and disappointed with customer service for this issue. When I called them and told them about the issue they stated that because I did not call right away ( the time I received the pizza and when I called was 5 hours) I could not get any help/ compensation. I would understand if I ordered a small single slice and took long to call but this was a LARGE PIZZA that I shared with my family. I do not understand where the standards are. They also wanted pictures so here's a picture of the duty dry-ass pizza they gave me. STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLES FOOD AND HARD EARNED MONEY!
