We had a flight arrive late and checked into the nearby hotel. We were starving and happy to find this place open. No other customers were there. We went in and waited several minutes before an employee came to the counter to take our order. I stated that we wanted to order the chicken Caesar sandwich and add bacon to it. The man replied that it doesn’t come with bacon. I responded that the menu board stated you could add bacon for an extra charge. He seemed to have no clue...read full review
Terrible location. Something is off here. Pizza does not taste like the other locations. Almost as if they use less than acceptable quality ingredients. Latest order was all wrong, over cooked and missing pieces. Will never buy from here again.

I placed my order at 6:07pm and got my order at 7:12pm. Called customer service and they had no explanation for the delay, my post order email said the delivery time was 6:42pm. The food was good but the service was horrible. I going have to think if I am going order from Pizza Nova again with this level of service...
