This is my first time ..having Pizza Nova . And my experience is not so good , extremely not goodI know what the garlic bread is with cheese But look , never in my life I have sandwich with wax paper on it inside .I told the staff it’s take out . and His reason was ..like. I cannot win from his explanationI even call and guess what it was the head office .I explain my side . And they offer me a free drink and money back and still I can have my sandwich free. And that’s not what happen .I came back to store to get the a new sandwich but that’s it . My sandwich still got wax paper inside and they pack the tomatoes to a container which is so ..smooshed.And I feel insulted, the guy says , this is Italian sandwich.! ..rudely he says .I just left thinking my sandwich already fix but still it turn worse . When he make my sandwich I saw how he .. talk near my new open sandwich I ebem joke to sway his upper torso so his saliva will not land to my sandwich!I waste my money . Because I ended my Sandwich to the garbage totallyI’m very disappointed because even the offer never made I happen .

Closest pizza joint in the area, so I gave it a shot a few times and was honestly disappointed each time. Pizzas from this location are disgusting.

Worst pizza.We have this pizza place next to our building but it's so bad even on snowy day I have to drive or walk to other pizza places ... not even little talent in making food

Horrible customer service. Ordered pizza from them through Uber. They put white onion instead of the red onion I chose.Called them and they refused to send the correct pizza. I will never order from them again. CUSTOMERS BE AWARE!

Worst place to buy food when you are genuinely hungry.Not recommended at all.Food quality is Zero and the service is pathetic.After ordering I had to remind him that to give us what you paid for.Never coming back again.Wasted my valuable time and hard earned money.

I like the location of it, however the service wasn't good. The rep couldn't speak well English, and the restaurant wasn't clean. Totally unacceptable considering that nobody was in the restaurant.

They changed the recipe of their Italian wings. Very disgusting. Customer service says they didnt change their recipe, so its likely this location on its own thats changing it without head office approval.

I want to say nice things because the owner is very nice, but the last two times I came here, I was over charged by the same person. He claims it was a mistake but it seems that everytime I come here, a mistake is made that ends up costing me more than it should. The reason for over charging me was at first they said "it's taxes". After proving them wrong and doing the math for them, they said "it's the drink you picked". After showing them THEIR own prices for their drinks they said " oh, I made a mistake". It didn't help that both times I had to ask for my receipt to show them they made an error. Otherwise I would of never known. It's funny how every mistake so far leaves them with 25-35% more profits, and never the other way around. Makes me feel that it is intentional , especially when I'm being told lies. A mistake is a mistake, but a lie is a lie. Never coming back here due to this malpractice.
