Ordered 2 chicken shawarma wraps from Royal Shawarma, one without the pita, at $7.99/each and paid. Was then told by chef I couldn't get mine without pita, I'd have to order the $13.99 salad plate. I said I didn't want that much food, hence the wrap. They wouldn't budge so I asked for a refund which they seemed to prefer rather than accommodate me. Took my business to Big Grill and got what I wanted, along with great service, and it was $5 cheaper.
Not usually one to leave a review at places but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here so had to share! A young guy served me and he was smiles all around and really good customer service. The food itself was well priced (~11 for a lunch bowl) and wow, it tasted great! Overall a great experience and would come here again.

Some may find the seating area to be a bit cramped, with limited space not really meant for eating in. The shawarma biryani has a tasty flavor, though it could benefit from less white sauce. The food is delicious and the owner and staff/family are kind hearted. If you haven’t tried out Big Grill you just need one little warning…. You may develop a shawarma addiction! Friendly staff, excellent food, and quick service. Always made fresh and quickly, even when it’s busy. Tabbouleh as a wrap topping is SO GOOD. The service was outstanding, and the food was incredibly fresh. The ingredients were top quality, and the chicken was perfectly cooked and flavorful. Staff are super nice and helpful. Prices are amazing for what you pay.
