Odered french fries Medium was same as small. Moreover they taste so bitter because of bad oil sacrificing the health of others never ever going back there. #Unhygienic food. Need to focus more quality.

They fill my coffee cup halfway with hot water before adding the coffee, when i asked them why they did it he said he was cleaning the cup first.i was watching him through the drive threw. Coffee tasted watered down of coarse. Probably a cheap franchise owner trying to save a bit of money.

Here's the deal, cashier took my coupon for a whopper and a poutine, she rang it in as a whopper meal with fries. I called her out on it after my friend ordered with a second same coupon from the same coupon book. She claimed I was incorrect and pulled out both coupons but didn't show them to us. Claimed they were the same code but different coupons... But still didn't show us the coupons.We get back home and look at the coupon book and the only 2 coupons missing were the 2 whopper and poutine coupons.Additionally I asked for heavy lettuce/tomato/pickle and she didn't ring any of that in.It's clear after watching her deal with customers after that, she just didn't want to admit to the manager that she was wrong. A true sycophant for the manager.Food was alright quality but what a bizarre experience.Loss of atmosphere points for playing music that sounded like we were eating at Mandarin.

You need to employ staff at the location that can speak and communicate in English and also train them that the customer or person which is standing at the customer desk/counter is paying for the service and the meal and the wages of staff and also understand that poor customer service = no customer no money no return customer possibly no customer return and possibly no employee service for person responsible and possibly no longer working in the restaurant industry owner staff and customer I am not willing to patronize this establishment ever again I hope that this franchise fails because it is ridiculous in its business running.,in closing I feel that the service of the staff is in ? Question and that they may not be in preference towards white people if this is so?., I hope that your company fails

Not the best BK we’ve been to ?☹️ My mom and I waited a century for an order or a box of mozzarella sticks, fries and onion rings. Literally, that was it. There was only one person taking orders at the cash and he was also the only one for the drive through orders, wth?! The manager came to help him cause the poor guy just kept apologizing cause he was so lost doing everything by himself all at the same time. To the manager: WHERE IS THE REST OF YOUR STAFF and why do you have one person doing the job of three for what I’m guessing is the pay of ONE, not THREE people??Not giving my business (or time) to this location again. The newer one in Erin Mills Parkway is SOOOO much better
