Called in advance and was told it will take 20 min. Once I got there after 20 min they told me they just received my order. And also they told me my order "was not confirmed ". What does that even mean? I called placed an order and was told 20min!

Very good and fresh pizza, made very quickly. Guy taking my order was very nice and helpful.
