Pizza was essentially inedible. Breadsticks were beyond burnt. Don’t recommend. Delivery guy was nice, but asked for plates and napkins and didn’t have any. Would have really helped too being in a hotel.

I haven’t ordered from Gino in a while. First I tried to order online and was in a constant loop where after creating and account etc items would not stay in the cart.Then I called the number on the website and the person said better to call the local branch as they will be able to take the specific order. He gave the number for the local store.Called the store. Ordered after two people gave each other the phone to take the order. When I went to pick up the pizza they had out an extra sauce splattered over the pizza. We didn’t ask for this sauce. And she looked as me as if I should have known that they always do this with that pizza. After we had walked through the specific toppings three times over the phone, I was just in shock.And to add to all of this, they turned the card machine to me to add a tip.So confused how this place is still in business.

I came here twice, i only ordered the cheese pizza because my kids dont eat the meat or veggies. The 1-800 number that you call to order are the stupidest and rudest people on earth.August/25 i ordered a cheese pizza, i go into the store for pickup and it took the man 5 minutes to give me $20.00 worth of change. Not only that but there was pepperoni meat in between the slices as if he used the meat knife to cut it. HORRIBLE, i urge everyone to not come here, theres alot of options around

Since pre covid this was one of my favorite pizza locations. Since then the owner has changed, the last time I bought a pizza it tasted like cardboard. The dough was not properly proofed, the sauce tasted different and the toppings were scarce.I have not ordered there for over 6 months, now recently tried again and nothing has changed.A word to the owner and staff don't cheap out on the toppings a s be better prepared, make enough dough, make sure its proofed properly.

Little toppings, thick break, large Canadian pizza.It is the first time and last time. When you order you expect to have one similar to the picture, but in fact you get thick bread, little toppings, and cheese in the middle.I used to order from pizza pizza, we thought it's better to try something else, but I think we made a mistake.I will never go to Gino's pizza again.
Never again, those of you that rated this place anything more than this have never known a good pizza let alone an exceptional one.We ordered a large Americano. Pizza was raw even after asking for well done. Sauce and condiments had no flavour at all.

If I could give 0 stars I would.Ordering at 11:48 and being called at 12:04 to be told the store is closed and refusing an order refused me my lunch at work. Everything else is closed and your contact center was quite rude about it when an upset customer really wanted and counted on that order. Just because I offered to pay Cash. Next time, what are you going to do? Would you have refused it if I paid by Credit Card?? This was an absolute horrible experience I hope no one ever has to deal with. The Contact Center told me to deal with the Restaurant so expect my phone call.
