Someone recommended this bakery in the Ontario Celiac group on Facebook, we were visiting the area from Oakville and it was 100% worth the detour to stop by.The soft pretzel is Amazing! Also picked up some delicious donuts and bagels! The owner is a super sweet and friendly woman! If you are looking for amazing gluten free baked goods, this is the place!
I have been lucky enough to share a building with Bakes for a few months. On days that they are baking everyone in my space is drooling over the smells coming from the bakery- especially pizza day! I am not exclusively dairy- free or gluten free and I love their baked goods. Anything with lemon... delicious, creative donuts, beautiful cakes and cupcakes, anything oreo gets devoured in our house. I love getting a bagel sandwich for lunch.
