“This is one incredible Gluten and Dairy Free bakery. We are Celiac and have a dairy allergy.. finding a place that is fresh and delicious is hard to find. We had the cheeseburger pizza and give it a 10 stars!!!! The baked goods are just as delicious and we rate the bread a 10!!! The employees are extremely accommodating and friendly!! We will definitely make the hour trip to go back!“

“We were looking for a spot we could walk to for lunch. Given it was Sunday of a long weekend there weren’t a lot of options. So we popped into Wilkies Bakery to see what they might have. We tried the sausage rolls and the smoked meat sandwich. Delicious!! They make the rye bread used in the sandwich so it was very fresh. I decided to try the butter tarts as well. Wow! They have the lightest, flakiest pastry I’ve ever tasted. So good I just couldn’t share! And the prices were better than the larger bakeries in the area. I will definitely be back when I am in town.“

“We are so glad to stop by at this Orillia's staple place! We shared a huge salted caramel donut! The place is huge with a retail shop, bakery and restaurant in the back. Also do not miss the fudge and other retail stuff at the lower level. We bought some red velvet fudge which was amazing. The bake goods are dangerously pretty and yummy!“
