Good staff members, but the food is a little lacking. I know it's fast food, but this location, your food either comes cold or wrong items or something missing ? . The tables are always mostly dirty, and so is the parking lot. The staff is always trying their best, though, and are quick to right and wrongs.
This is the good McDonald’s in Orillia. The only thing I’d suggest is they need to keep up with when their soda machines need syrup. I’ve gotten sparkling water instead of soda a few times.
