Burnt coffee. Every. Single. Time. Unless you go at 6 in the morning, or way late into the eveningEdit to a review I posted a long time ago, found a piece of plastic in my sausage farmers wrap on the morning of Feb 16/24, just reinforces my previous rating. Just because its fast, doesn't mean it can't be made right.
My hot chocolate tasted funny, had my husband taste it as well he agreed. Went to get a refund was refused and instead given a replacement. Tasted the exact same. It's clear they do not clean or service the machine at this location at all.Shameful service and practices from such a large well known brand.

The service I received from Angel at the drive thru doesn't deserve a star..rude,disrespectful,argumentative and just plain ignorant. we left with the incorrect order to save a fight and as she shoved the wrong item out the window for the 4th time she says and I quote "here, I hope that's made to your likings!"Lol NOPE..sad how much product was wasted because she was so hot headed and refused to listen to what I asked for opposided to what she typed in..I called moments later...read full review
