ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. save yourself the trouble and order anywhere else. if you want no meat a stale bun and some extra hair in your sub,the this is your place. Called to complain and got no where with it. disgusting and a waste of money. It would be great to get my money back and spend it elsewhere.
Went to the Mississaga st location in orillia and this is the mold that we found on our chicken, when I called to mention it to them they denied it could have been on there when we left the store (30 min ago) and refused to do anything other then remake a sub- I live 20 min out of town, and after finding mold on our sub why would we want a remake 🤮 now the wait to see how sick we get. Do yourself a favour and never visit this location!!!!! Didn’t even offer a coupon or refund...read full review

The owner is great, always friendly and helping out the community, with a staff that is equally as friendly. Mr. Sub is a must-visit spot for delicious sandwiches, including the classic assorted, and a friendly vibe.
