I love that I can call ahead and pick up after work!I have used this place for the last few years for their delivery drivers are always so kind.The front desk staff! Don't get me started they are amazing very welcoming and genuine people even when there super busy they are still very kind and welcoming.This is the go to spot for pick upBest place in Orillia hands down for food!

Went to Royal Oak Chinese food for 1st time an our last time chicken was dry an tasted like it had been made hours ago shrimp the same large portions but very poor quality could taste a heavy flavour of oil.

Food is bland and boring. Zero spice in the extra spicy curry. Singapore noodles tasteless. Cheap (ish) and big portions so there's that.
Ordered recently. Food was OK but not what I would call the "best". Portions were not overly generous for the cost. Lemon Chicken did not come with lemon sauce. (???) My test is how well a restaurant does Hot & Sour Soup: a big disappointment. Delivery not available for our area so we picked up. Was not terrible but nor was it great.
