They were short staffed (only 3 plus the baker in the back) and the staff were jumping doing double duty. Sadly this made the wait long but they did their best with 1 making food, 1 making drinks, and 1 running the inside and drive thru cash register and getting and baked goods.
I can't for the life of me understand how a Steap Tea with 2 Milk 2 sugar turns into a Coffee Double double or worst a Steap tea with 2 Cream 2 Sugar. I know everyone makes mistakes but it is still an opportunity for improvement.
