The service is fast. The staff are friendly. They remember me and my order. The mobile unit is now open until 7pm, so I can get a sandwich after getting off my bus if I need something.
I don’t understand all the bad reviews, having a tims in a go station itself is a 5 star. I see the employees working at this location are doing what they are supposed to, sometimes being too nice is taken advantage of. I saw one customer asking for separate bag for each wrap she ordered, and this is what the employees go through everyday.

Worst customer service ever... never had this kind of experience from any other tims locations... the staff clearly give a vibe that they are not interested in working.... even though they start at 6 but never ready to take orders... you have to wait for 5 6 min before someone takes ur order... and just to ensure they see u and u knock at the window there comes this rude staff yelling at you saying can't you see the camera we saw u... so if u did then why take 6min to acknowledge...read full review
