Was going in for BOGO and expected a wait of an hour. It didn't take an hour, thank goodness. The gentlemen who had to juggle all the orders at the front when it was seriously slammed with orders along the counter, really stood out to me. He was very enthusiastic and took care of the customers at the front of the store. Definitely all employees maintained their cool during the whole rush and still had such positive demeanor.
This is my go to location andWow! What a busy day that too on my birthday .Place an online order for a free treat at 2:20pm and noticed order pickup at 3:21pm. I thought it’s a glitch.Boy, I was wrong.They were influx with so MANY orders ?.I came back at 3:20pm and my order went missing in the app. Waited for 30 mins hoping they will announce my name, I WAS WRONG AGAIN.Although they were all caught up the team managed to get my order.?️Shout out to Starbucks team at this...read full review
