It's my goto place and as a business rationalize tech...this place needs a huge overall...the washrooms are closed now (wonder how staff must go) ..and I've seen good ppl almost piss their pants trying to use the washroom..which then forced them to go in the parking lot.very sad to see dignity squashed..I'm just waiting for someone to put in the human rights complaint on them..tsk tsk timmies..
I like this Tim's because the staff is friendly and professional. They are a little slow but I find they have to much staff on the drive thru. When it gets busy in store they don't have enough people. It's also a very clean store.

Nice staff who are good people, working in a terrible location. Location is falling apart inside, it has no seating area for customers. Over worked and rushed staff dealing with broken customer's. Not to mention the crime, drug deaths around and inside of the location. I live on Olive Street, and have been since 2014 and sadly the quality of this locations product is damaging the Corporate name and reputation.
