Nice staff who are good people, working in a terrible location. Location is falling apart inside, it has no seating area for customers. Over worked and rushed staff dealing with broken customer's. Not to mention the crime, drug deaths around and inside of the location. I live on Olive Street, and have been since 2014 and sadly the quality of this locations product is damaging the Corporate name and reputation. Never before have I had too spit out a supposedly fresh coffee. Unfortunately that has been my experience lately.

Most of the Front desk Ladies in the morning are very arrogant and ignorant, particularly the short Chinese appearance girl ridicules customers. Am very dissatisfied with this Outlet. My daily expenditure at Tim Hortons not below 40$

It's my goto place and as a business rationalize tech...this place needs a huge overall...the washrooms are closed now (wonder how staff must go) ..and I've seen good ppl almost piss their pants trying to use the washroom..which then forced them to go in the parking lot.very sad to see dignity squashed..I'm just waiting for someone to put in the human rights complaint on them..tsk tsk timmies..

worst tim hortons ever!!!!!!! Every time I go to this Tim Hortons they always make you wait in the drive through before they take your order Never welcoming when they come on the speaker. Never want to make any kind of lattes. Don't even have timbits. Or a wrap when it's dinner time. Many cars turn away because they are so fed up with waiting in the Drive through, I think they need new staff. Too lazy to make anything so they say they don't have it. Don't recommend going to this Tim Hortons.

I like this Tim's because the staff is friendly and professional. They are a little slow but I find they have to much staff on the drive thru. When it gets busy in store they don't have enough people. It's also a very clean store.
Might as well shut this location down if you are worried about certain groups of people loitering inside and only open for drive thru. Find another location that is more safe and will allow people to sit down and enjoy their meal/coffee. Wrong move to make this drive thru only.
Well done locking the doors and making it drive through only to protect your staff!!! Always gangs and bikers hanging out there ?♀️ maybe they can find another place to get their crack rocks off.

Boycott this tim hortons for closing their doors on their customers. If you don't want sit down customers close your doors permanently I'll go to any tim hortons before I go to this one. Don't excuse pushing homeless people out for "keeping your employees safe" what about your customers. If it isn't safe to sit down inside then it isn't safe to use the drive thru. I hope to see this tim hortons closed down

This is by far the worst Tims I've ever been to. They open and close the dining room whenever they want. Today I went at 9:30 am and it was "drive thru only" while two employees were just wiping tables and windows... ridiculous. They are constantly under staffed. The staff they do have are very slow and obviously don't want to be there... Do better
