Despite being perpetually busy at this location, the staff here are friendly and customer-oriented. When I forgot something while picking up a smoothie, the staff kindly held onto it for me until I had the chance to pick it back up later that day. Thank you for providing such great service!
The store owner has issues with respecting her employees' time. She would constantly change the work schedule throughout the week, and give very little notice when she does so. She would cut everyone's hours and give no justification other than "this is just how the business works". The food quality is decent at this establishment, however, the employees struggle to get enough hours to get paid enough to cover their life expenses.

It’s bit underwhelming for a booster juice. It’s the store I’ve ever been to where they misheard my order and gave me a product completely different than what I ordered. It’s still a healthier choice than most of what you’ll find inside Rideau though.
