Was disappointed with my order today. I ordered a sandwich as I forgot to pack a lunch and the one I received was not what I ordered. My latte wasn't as hot as it usually is and the server left the cash before I could even finish my transaction so I wasn't able to get a receipt. The square was awesome though!
It hurts my heart to leave a bad review, Bridgehead used to be my all time favourite coffee shop, but it's lost a lot in quality, both food and drink.Today I got a cheddar scone to go, and it was undercooked. Unfortunately I only noticed after I left the store. I also got a hot chocolate, which tasted like plain milk.Although I'm leaving a review for this store, I had similar experiences with the drink not living up to the standard it used to be in other stores as well. I would normally give this Bridgehead 5 stars - BUT....The "but" is that they used to close at 7 PM (which I always thought was a little early - but could live with it).
