Order 2 meals off of 2 good to go, suppose to be worth $21 a piece got 2 packs of spring rolls and a meat pie plus a plain one. The worker first put one in that was mouldy. Thank goodness I only paid 15.00. Thought I was getting a deal now have to rethink dinner. And the food wasn't anything special. I would never ever think of paying full price for anything from there.

TERRIBLE FALAFELSVery disappointing. For a small Lebanese shop you had more hope this would be authentic and delicious. Not the case. This is why byward businesses are closing and nobody comes, the quality is just not there and nowhere close.Ordered a falafel and the falafels appeared to be pre-made store bought with just a simple deep fry and that’s it. Not even home made or authentic. No flavour. Just greasy snells and little inside. The pita bread was also stale and hard. Skimpy pita shells that rip.Very disappointed. Not worth the trip here. Go elsewhere. If you’re eating Lebanese you want authentic, not pre made food.

Best Lebanese in Ottawa. Might not look like much, but truly a hidden gem: great price, great owner and most of all delicious food.

I am sorry to say it is definitely not an authentic Lebanese cuisine, for those who are looking to have the real taste don’t get fooled by the good rating . The kafta and Shawarma are completely different from the ones we eat back home. For the owner I would say please try your food before you serve it to Lebanese foodies. I apologise for the negativity but that’s the truth not heart feelings . Good luck searching for real Lebanese food .

The owner is a really friendly, fun guy who was a big help in recommending what to order for my first visit. If you don't feel like a wrap or dinner he has lots of appies and other options as well as sweets and popsicles and pantry items. He has a great selection of canned drinks I haven't seen before. We also tried the poutine, it was really good. No matter what you pick they are generous with the portions and put in the effort to give you lots of delicious, flavourful food. Lastly you can buy the garlic sauce to go, yum.

I thought dont judge a book by its cover, didn't look like a legit place but thought I'd give it a try anyways, based on reviews. I ordered the chicken shawarma wrap. 1st off, chicken had no taste and was warmed in a microwave, toppings were usual. Then went to eat it and it totally crumbelled and fell apart. Luckily, I had chopsticks with me because I wasn't going to let $21 go to waste (I ordered fries as well, which weren't that great either). Would never go back, and never recommend this place. Better off going to osmows.

So friendly! He let me and my friend bring our dogs inside while we were ordering and gave them some treats. The pies were delicious!

Great halal option (certified) at cheap price. Tried the baclava too and it’s great for its price.

I've been told Ottawa has the best shawarma and decided to give this place a try since it had the highest ratings for shawarma around the Byward Market. It's a tiny place with a good selection of wraps, plates, and Lebanese pies. The owner was super friendly, and makes an effort to be humorous. There are no seats inside, but there are a couple of small tables with chairs right outside if you don't want to take your food to go.After placing our order, we were told to have a seat outside while he prepared our food, and will bring it out to us when it's ready. The portions were good, however, I was not impressed by the chicken shawarma wrapped I ordered. I liked how fries were included inside the wrap, but the chicken was dry, and the overall flavour was not that great compared to other shawarmas I've tried.I'm giving the atmosphere 2 stars because the tables were somewhat near the garbage which attracted a lot of bees to the area making it hard to eat peacefully.
