My first time here and I'm glad I came. I really like this place. Everything feels fresh and spacious and the food and hot chocolate was delicious.The crew here is very friendly and helpful. Lots of tables and chairs and I just love the big windows allowing natural light in. The crew here is just so accommodating and they actually bring the order to the table.I also like that everything seems so clean here. Plenty of parking outside too. Will be back for sure.

Super beautiful location, the coffee was amazing. Very high quality latte with a cute heart design! The service was very slow but they are a busy cafe. The staff were amazing with the circumstances and had great customer service. Sandwiches are huge and delicious. The coconut and raspberry muffin was sooooo good.

Despite only visiting this city occasionally, I am still able to rack up a decent amount of points because I love coming here and stocking up on coffee beans. The cafe itself is bright and has excellent service, and the quality of the drinks themselves is very nice. I really love just sitting here and enjoying the ambience while enjoying a latte or a affogato.

went today to order a london fog, order taker was so rude. asked me what size i said for here as cups for in store are THE SAME SIZE, order taker goes “okay what size” with an incredibly rude attitude. then when i get my london fog it’s a cappuccino. london fog and cappuccino do not sound the same so i don’t understand where the confusion came from… workers don’t know what they’re doing and are so rude.

Absolutely beautiful and inviting atmosphere, I'm so glad we have a place like this in Kanata North. However I felt some of the girls on duty were too quick to question if I was going to buy anything as I waited to meet a friend. I would like to think I am not someone who looks like a loiterer. It made me feel slightly unwelcome.Edit: I received a very nice apology about confusing me with another party of people. I am sympathetic with reserving tables for customers but maybe approaching certain parties in a more general way could smooth out confusion.

My wife, granddaughter and I went to Equator Coffee for breakfast today. We had never been before and we were not let down. Service was prompt and friendly and our Latte's and breakfast was outstanding. Our granddaughter had the toasted cheese and tomato and my wife and I each had a wrap filled with beans, fresh spinach, scrambled eggs and bacon. The wraps were outstanding! Thank you. My granddaughter (age 2) ate her entire sandwich. The latte's were very good as well. We will be back. Thank you Equator staff of Saturday morning Dec 30, 2023 at 9:30am
