Food is consistently terrible. Last time I ate there the onion rings were only fried onion skins with no actual onion. Very disappointing. Very slow service, expect to wait a very long time. Location is nice, but tables are dirty. Staff are friendly. Feels like a corporately owned location where nobody really cares. I enjoy Harvey’s when it’s at its best, unfortunately this is not it.
I like Harvey's a lot, and I look forward to the fries and burgers. I will not go to this location again. We went at 11:45 a.m. on Sunday, and we had to keep our jackets on, because it was really cold. Our food was barely warm, because it sat without the heat lamp for food turned on while they corrected the order mistakes (without apology). The glass splash guard in front of the food was dirty, too. We will pick another Harvey's location in Ottawa that we have tried before if...read full review
