This has got to be the worst KFC in the city.. first off there is never anyone at the counter to take your order...you might be standing there for several minutes before anyone realizes you are at the counter. The staff are always in the back and out of sight. The portions are not sufficient to the prices. I wonder if they are spitting in my food at the back. I go here to order a family bucket, the guy taking my order didn't seem to know what he was doing, he went to the back to get the other guy (in red shirt) to take my order. I waited a long time for my food, the guy calls my order just for it to be wrong I ordered boneless chicken not regular chicken, he said "sorry 5 more minutes" I wait 15 minutes and decided to ask for a refund. 2 stars. Would be one but the employees here are tying their best. Not their fault their owner is cheaping out and not allowing more staff to work.Came here Feb 27th at 9 pm. Felt like they were under pressure to make a cut. Went down to 2 guys front and back total. They made a desperation call to bring back another employee.
