2 stars. Would be one but the employees here are tying their best. Not their fault their owner is cheaping out and not allowing more staff to work.Came here Feb 27th at 9 pm. Felt like they were under pressure to make a cut. Went down to 2 guys front and back total. They made a desperation call to bring back another employee. Obviously under pressure to hit labour percentages.Came here on the 28th for lunch. Again 2 ppl working front and back.Tough to see the pressure these guys are under. Mistakes are gonna be made and it’s not their fault.Margins are small I get it, but this location has to find a creative way to staff better during the rush. Normally let things go, but 2 days in a row and just feel bad for the staff to get paid not enough to take this kind of pressure and abuse from impatient customers.1) get the person with the clipboard at the back to impact service more2) close down the other side to reduce fixed costSOS

This has got to be the worst KFC in the city.. first off there is never anyone at the counter to take your order...you might be standing there for several minutes before anyone realizes you are at the counter. The staff are always in the back and out of sight. The portions are not sufficient to the prices. I wonder if they are spitting in my food at the back. Sometimes the large popcorn chicken comes in a round tub and other times it comes in a box...both of which are not the same size so you aren't getting your money's worth (one holds more than the other). Food orders take a very long time to be completed and the staff need to learn Canadian manners and proper customer service. Oh and their telephone number doesn't work.

I go here to order a family bucket, the guy taking my order didn't seem to know what he was doing, he went to the back to get the other guy (in red shirt) to take my order. I waited a long time for my food, the guy calls my order just for it to be wrong I ordered boneless chicken not regular chicken, he said "sorry 5 more minutes" I wait 15 minutes and decided to ask for a refund. The guy in the red shirt said " it's almost ready, an other three minutes, I can give you something extra instead of refund" I told him no I want I just want my refund. He replys with " please wait for food cause my manager is going to kill me if refund" honestly I don't care if you get fired or whatever. If I have to Wait more than 30 minutes for a fast food restaurant to make my food. I'll never go back there. The guy took 10-15 minutes to finally give me my refund, kept going to the back putting the order on POS then erasing it (he did this 4-5 times) at this point I will just never go back to this location, if you are that afraid to do a refund which is MY RIGHT to get my money back this place you shouldn't have a job. Point blank. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

The food was a lot better than I was expecting after reading the reviews here. And it was ready in just a couple of minutes. So that was great. And it was still hot when I got home with it on foot. But I was consistently and constantly misgendered here over and over again every few seconds. And it's not like I was presenting ambiguously or anything. I was able to just be annoyed and go about my business without saying anything about it, but it was very disrespectful, and, if you're visibly trans and the kind of person to be very deeply offended by such behaviour, then maybe give this one a pass. If it happens again, I'll file a complaint.

I ask for 4 special with no fries and a large frie on the side and said I can't do that and force me to get the individual when that not what I wanted I don't why they have to give you such are hard time when ever u go to this location the cashier never listen to your order beacuse evrytime I go ther no commication if there a wait service is just terrible overall not happy at all
