Every corner of this cash only takeout shop has so much charm. The loud Vietnamese music is usually an energetic or nostalgic vibe. I think of the sandwiches as humble and correct in terms of the ingredients and how they come together with each satisfying bite. I normally order the A1 on the menu. I’ve also had the iced coffee in the summer and it was great. I always admire the multicolored ceiling fan too.
I looked at the menu and photos here before going, I had it in my head to get 3 to share between me and my husband because it might not be enough. I clearly underestimated the size of the sandwich in the photo. They were twice as long as I thought and I barely finished one. We got the chicken, submarine special and the pork floss with egg.
