Very nice staff and always has great and fresh foodKid-friendliness: I'm a Kid and they are very good about everything if I have a question they answer in a format where I can understand.
I love new york fries and have eaten at every location in ottawa over the past years. I go 3-4 times a month and today i had the best fries from any location EVER. The owner is a wizard behind the glass and exceptional customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.I have no affiliation in anyway to new york fries.

The one best nyf in ottawa, Katrina Nico and Rae were pleasant and knowledgeable and delivered food quickly despite high demand. Katrina even got fresh onions for me when they ran out. Great service!
